Cyber Security Engineer – Cape Town

A Cyber Security Engineer position is available in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years Desktop Engineering / Support experience
• Microsoft or CompTIA Certification
• Strong interest in cyber security technologies
• A strong technical and business understanding of corporate business IT processes and environments
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Advantageous:

• Endpoint security products (DLP, EPP, EDR, Firewall, NGAV)
• Linux experience highly beneficial
• Knowledge on network technologies, diagrams and troubleshooting
• Leadership experience (overseeing Interns/Juniors)
