Customer Service Consultant (Insurance)  – Johannesburg.

We are seeking a Short Term Insurance Customer Service Consultant with an NQF4 or NQF5 Insurance qualification or other related tertiary degree and RE5 Certificate with minimum 3 years’ insurance, warranty or financial services experience, required for an FSP based in Bryanston.

Minimum requirements:

• NQF4 or NQF5 Short Term Insurance or related Degree essential
• RE5 essential
• Minimum 3 years’ short term insurance experience required
• Experience in short term insurance, warranties or financial services, essential
• Experience in policy amendments, cancellations, collections and some retentions required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client service
• Policy administration – amendments, policy updates, validations, verifications, refunds
• Retentions
• Operational support
• Compliance
