The key deliverables of the Talent Acquisition Lead involve a focus on identifying and sourcing best talent in the market for the Content + Cloud group of companies.
Reporting into the Head of Talent, you will deal with the full 360 recruitment cycle managing an allocation of roles directly from sign off to hire, including post job analysis, for vacancies sitting within the SA teams (and occasionally assisting with UK vacancies as needed).
Duties and responsibilities
Manage the end to end process for roles allocated to you by the Head of Talent, providing an excellent candidate experience at each stage, whilst focusing on the following responsibilities:
Health and Safety – To comply with Health and Safety legislation, following Content+Cloud processes to ensure your own safety and the safety of others.
Location and Environment
This role will be based out of our Cape Town offices in South Africa, however you will work amongst a team split across our UK offices.
