Contact Centre Sales Support – Durban

Our client in the property finance sector, seeks to employ a candidate for the position of Contact Centre Sales Support – to be based in Umhlanga, Durban.
This position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of permanency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full support is given to the Sales Administrators; Sales Consultants; Team Leaders and Contact Centre Manager to ensure efficient operations of the Contact Centre.
• Recording data & reporting the daily and monthly statistics to the CC Manager.
• Ensure the Fair and Equitable allocation of leads to the Sales Consultants.
• Client Liaison

Duties include but not limited to the following:

1. Daily and monthly statistics
2. Evaluation and allocation of leads
3. Administration of sales leads inbox and received through social media
4. Evaluation and allocation of eligible cancellation leads
5. Pre-registration duties
6. Attendance
7. Training and mentoring
8. Capturing of applications
9. Perform any ad hoc duties as requested by Management

Remuneration:
CTC R9 000.00 – R 10 000.00 per month
