Client Service Officer – Bloemfontein

A Client Service Officer (CSO) position is available in Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa.

Salary is market related + Company car + Fringe Benefit

We are looking for a Client Service Officer for a National Company in Bloemfontein in the Medical Industry.

Purpose of the position:

Establish good relationships with the company’s current client base by providing regular training and resolving outstanding matters.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience gained as an External Client Service Representative

External client facing experience preferably with IOD knowledge is highly advantageous.

Experience in medical industry (comfortable dealing with doctors) is highly advantageous.

Experience in medical practice administration will be beneficial

Must have previous customer/client liaison experience

Must have excellent communication skills

Must have strong administration skills

Must be fluent in English & Afrikaans will be advantageous

Valid Driver’s License is essential

Must be willing to travel extensively in the Pretoria area

Must be very computer literate (Excel and Word in Intermediate to Advanced Level)

Would suit a well-groomed and well-spoken individual.

Must be willing to travel extensively in Free State and surrounding regions.
