PBT Group is looking for a strong Business Analyst with Insurance experience to join our consulting team in Cape Town.

We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business requirements, data and technology, with a solid understanding of the Insurance industry and experience working on data-driven projects.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Business Analysis experience within the Insurance sector
• Good understanding of Data, Data Warehousing and Data-driven solutions
• Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Experience working with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
