Requirements:

• Solid bookkeeping experience (medical practice experience would be an advantage)
• Excellent accounting software and Excel skills
• Strong numerical ability and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding organisational and communication skills
• A positive attitude, resilience and the ability to work independently
• Loves balancing accounts as much as ticking off a to-do list
• Highly organised and thrives under pressure
• Exceptional attention to detail and a “get it right the first time” attitude

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations and cash flow management
• Processing journals and maintaining accurate financial records
• Medical billing support and account reconciliations
• Managing supplier accounts and payments
• Preparing reports and assisting with month-end procedures
• General financial administration and ensuring the practice runs smoothly behind the scenes
