R22 500 – R40 000 (Depending on experience)

Company Overview

Our client, a well-established hearing healthcare provider with multiple practices around South Africa, is seeking the assistance of passionate and dedicated Audiologists to assist in managing their practices. The ideal candidate will have already completed their community service and have a minimum of one year of experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Audiology
• Active registration with the HPCSA
• Good communication Skills
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
• Motived and the ability to work independently

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Management:

• Assessment of the hearing status of all clients
• Referrals of a client to other medical/paramedical professionals where relevant and necessary
• Treatment and management of clients with diagnosed hearing losses
• Hearing Protection products and liaising with the relevant industries to assist in Noise Conservation and hearing protection

Practice Administration:

• Administration
• Communication
• Stock ordering

Marketing:

• Doctors and ENT relationship maintenance
• Development and maintenance of practice client database
• Knowing your area competition and activities
