Assistant to Executive (Sales) Full Time Job

Assistant to Executive (Sales) required in Bellville, Cape Town.

Salary: R15 000 – R16 000 per month.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification – essential
• Secretarial or Administrative Assistant Diploma or equivalent qualification – preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant administrative, executive support or sales support experience
• Previous experience within the financial services industry – essential
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to prepare professional PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Additional language skills advantageous
• Strong administrative and presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive: Sales
• Manage scheduling, coordination, communication and daily sales operations logistics
• Arrange travel and prepare itineraries
• Coordinate arrangements for the annual Sales Conference
• Collate sales reports and prepare PowerPoint presentations
• Maintain accurate customer and product databases and track relevant information
• Assist District Branch Managers with queries
• Support sales performance analysis and identify areas for improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate effectively between teams and departments
• Draft letters and correspondence relating to the Sales Division
• Prepare requisitions, including travel and refund requests
• Carry out reasonable additional duties required to support the Sales Division
