Admin Assistant position available in Centurion.
One of our Manufacturing clients based in Centurion, are urgently in need of an Admin Assistant, to start immediately, or as soon as possible, at their offices based in Monavoni.
Salary: R5 000 – R8 000 per month.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 07h00 – 17h00 (one hour lunch).
Requirements:
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Whatsapp)
- Reliable transport to get to and from work
- Presentable
- Bilingual
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Checking stock & dispatching of stock in store rooms
- Preparation & checking of tax list paperwork
- Opening and closing the offices, ensuring everything is in order – locks, ensuring all vehicles are back in the yard, stores & staff
