Duties and Responsibilities:

• Asset Protection: Safeguard company assets at the branch location.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure branch strategy aligns with company goals.
• Sales Enhancement: Develop and execute strategies to boost sales.
• Credit Oversight: Review and approve credit notes and purchase orders.
• Time Management: Balance time between sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
• Customer Focus: Foster a customer-first philosophy and maintain a ready-for-business environment.
• Merchandising Excellence: Create compelling displays and maintain store cleanliness.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and control stock levels, conduct regular stock takes.
• Shrinkage Reduction: Implement procedures to minimize losses in the supply chain.
• Team Leadership: Supervise sales, technical, and support staff, delegate tasks effectively.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct appraisals, track employee performance, and provide feedback.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols on the sales floor and work areas.

Salary: According to Experience and Qualification – salary bracket between R30k to R40k.
