Cool of you to stop by! A little bit about me: I love people! Well, for the most part. I have crafted my career around understanding them, competencies, skills and how each unique personality has its place within the working world.

My objective is to mitigate the subjective within talent management and the recruitment process. I passionately believe in data, and the insights that it provides. From small SMME’s through to large corporate companies, I have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, data analytics, pipeline management and assessments. I am particularly skilled at scale-up recruitment and working under extreme pressure.

As a registered Industrial Psychologist, I believe in evidence based processes and procedures. I have spent countless hours researching and growing myself into an Industrial Psychologist that can take the theory, and apply it practically.

When I am not placing, researching, or learning – I am trying out new recipes, spending time with my small family and our two dogs, staying up to date with all things geeky, or listening to some of my favourite fantasy books on Audible.
