Who We Are
Free Me South Africa (FMSA) is a national impact initiative dedicated to promoting ethical, responsible, and sustainable financial and workplace practices.
We work with organizations, financial institutions, and communities to reduce employee harm, strengthen wellness policies, and create safer, more productive environments.
What We Do
We design and deliver EWP and Harm Reduction Workshops, Corporate Policy Integration Training, and Awareness Campaigns focused on:
Employee wellness and performance sustainability
Financial harm prevention and responsible workplace practices
Leadership and HR policy capacity building
National awareness and behaviour change programs
Our goal is to empower institutions to protect people, strengthen governance, and improve productivity through awareness, education, and evidence-based intervention.
