Bright Search Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is a Generalist Recruitment Company.  With Bronwen Parker the owner of Bright Search Recruitment (Pty) Ltd having spent 17 years within the Hospitality and Service Industry, she comes with the knowledge and understanding of a number of different Industries.  Bronwen stated her career at Hotel School and progressed up to running a lodge to HR Manager for Sabi Sabi and then into Recruitment both internal and external.  With 10 years of Recruitment this has afforded her the opportunity to work with both big and small establishments.

Bright Search Recruitment has clients ranging from 5 Star Game Lodges, Boutique Hotels, Guest Houses and Corporate clients.  Working for Mirror Images where they specialise in Office Automation and IT, this gave her the opportunity to understand the generalist recruitment environment.  Bright Search Recruitment (Pty) Ltd has a good portfolio of clients and would like the opportunity to assist in finding the right candidates for your business.

Bright Search Recruitment (Pty) Ltd has a number of joint ventures namely with Mirror Images, The Right Company and MC Recruitment.  Our clients are spread country wide and we have access to a large database of candidates.  Bright Search Recruitment (Pty) Ltd runs criminal and MIE checks once candidates have received an Offer Letter, this is on request of the client.
