Micro niching is very specialised recruitment within job roles, industries and methods of recruitment. She has more than 20 years’ experience in recruitment, coaching and training.

ASOURCE is a recruitment agency specialising in sourcing and uses various methods to source candidates for clients: from traditional recruitment methods; as well as the latest trending digital sourcing methods; its own private database and personal network; social media, text and mobile sourcing methods; subscribing to all available subscription databases; to headhunting and referral requests. Any sourcing method possible to find the best available candidates for our clients.
COACHING & TRAINING
Angie Scaife is a qualified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Integral Life Coach certified through the NLP Training Academy and the University of Cape Town. Coaching is a process to facilitate personal development. Coaching and Training offer individuals guided mentorship in developing career, life and personal goals, or growth in business and leadership, or support during challenging life journeys based on the needs of the individual.
