Sales Executive Full Time Job

Sales Executive position available in Cape Town.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email
• Provide professional advice to prospective clients and convert enquiries into bookings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and stakeholders
• Meet individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity on the CRM system
• Ensure smooth handovers to internal teams and maintain clear communication throughout the customer journey
• Keep referral partners informed of enquiry and booking progress
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the business professionally at all times
• Work collaboratively within a high-performance, target-driven team environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a service-based sales role
• Proven ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales
• Experience using CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong telephone sales and customer service skills
• Experience with outbound sales calls will be advantageous
• Property, real estate, or estate agency experience will be beneficial
• Strong computer literacy and IT skills
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and results-driven personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop within a growing business
