CCI is the largest outsourced International Call Centre in Southern Africa, seeks a dynamic systems administrator to join their team of highly skilled IT Administrators in this fast paced and ever evolving environment.
Duties and Responsibilities -
Maintain and proactively monitor server and network infrastructure.
Install and configure servers, network devices, applications and other peripherals that integrate with the LAN.
Implementing effective measures to protect systems and applications.
Experience within the Contact Centre environment desirable.
Attention to detail, drive and high level of customer service.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Must be proactive in anticipating the complexities around changes within the infrastructure.
Systems Experience –
MS Exchange Server 2010
Experience of Cisco systems (Core and Floor switching fabric)
MS AD Forest
VMWARE vSphere v5
VMware View v5
Thin-client based MS Terminal Server Desktops access
