Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide technical support to customers onsite as well as remotely Ensuring client support issues get resolved
- Ensuring issues get escalated to higher technical levels
- System and database installation, setup and configuration
- System fault-finding / problem solving
- Solution testing
- Report writing in SQR / Crystal / Actuate / BIRT
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess a relevant Engineering / IT related Degree / Diploma. The candidate must have:
- Microsoft Outlook knowledge
- At least 1-3 years industry experience
- Call Centre experience
- Call Centre experience
- Database setup and configuration experience
- SQL Experience
- Maximo product knowledge
The Successful candidate is expected to answer to the following:
- Ability to work independently
- Good Communication skills – both spoken and written
- Ability to work under pressure
- The incumbent must have the willingness to work flexible hours
- Good technical knowledge and skills incl. development and design skills
