The successful candidates for the vacant positions will be responsible for:

Providing technical support in administering, evaluating, designing, implementing and supporting various enterprise technologies which include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving system and related service problems
• Providing specialist support for network software and back office applications
• Developing new services and improving existing services through project work
• Liaising with other ICTS second level support staff and Helpdesk staff

Minimum qualification for all positions:

• Proven competence and experience in Linux or Windows desktop and server administration
• Proven understanding of network principles including the TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP
• Proven understanding of Project Management principles with some project management experience.
• Proven competence in administering Active Directory or equivalent.

• Application deployment with experience of any of the following: Novell Zen for Desktops, MC SCCM, Sysprep, RIS, CA Unicentre, VMWare, desktop and application virtualization etc.
