Main purpose of the position:
The technical analyst acts as technical liaison in projects and communicates with the client, project management and project stakeholders to analyze and provide the best possible technical way for a project to be planned and executed. He/she analyzes the needs of a project and explains the advancements made in the project to company executives. The technical analyst helps the project manager and software developers by providing them with additional insight into better ways to accomplish the goal as outlined in the specifications per project. He/she also suggest the adjustments to be made in the scope or process of the project to ensure optimum efficiency of the original idea.
Job Responsibilities:
- The technical analyst works between cross functioning group’s developers, project stakeholders and project managers.
- Analyze and present technical practices and processes and find ways to improve on them significantly.
- Uses new techniques which improve the efficiency of development operations.
- Constant awareness of new changes in technology and try and implement similar changes within current projects.
- Find solutions which fulfill the needs of clients.
- Gathers information from different sources then analyze the information and document it.
- Form effective methods to solve development and project related issues as well as bring the company to achieve greater success.
Pre-requisite Qualifications:
- Valid Matric Certificate
- Bsc Informatics or relevant degree
- 3 years development environment experience

- Valid driver’s license
- Own (reliable) Vehicle
