Technical side of things:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coming up with ideas on assigned projects and creating design solutions that meet requirements outlined in the creative brief.
• Developing and communicating industry-leading creative concept
• Balancing strategic development with client business objectives
• Directly contributing to project design and development
• Creating comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts and final deliverables when require
• Providing quality assurance of all creative deliverables
• Work with and mentor younger creatives on the team as well as build and push the work to new levels
• Able to effectively communicate and coordinate with writers and production artist ensuring visual design communicate desired message.

Qualifications:

• Recognized expertise in web/online/interactive design, with expert knowledge of the design programs required for that discipline
• Solid knowledge of steps required in creative development process to provide guidance to achieve creative direction and give timely and helpful coaching
• Responsible for managing a group/s of Designers and/or Junior Designers on multiple projects
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
