The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- designing, developing, maintaining, documenting and enhancing systems that support Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, as part of the Identity Management Team
- conducting systems analysis and programming for Identity Management
- providing operational and customer support for IAM services, including monitoring systems, providing customer service as well as investigating and resolving issues
- working collaboratively with customers and stakeholders to elicit requirements, as well as identifying functional and technical solutions
- implementing a federated Identity Access Management system that can provide shared identity and access management services for business applications and IT resources.
Appointment will require
- experience with implementing and/or maintaining at least one of the following identity Management systems: Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager, Novell Identity Manager or Oracle Identity Manager
- experience with at least one of the following directory services: Active Directory, Novell eDirectory, or Oracle Internet Directory
- experience in the coding of utility programs for environment maintenance, associated with identity management implementations Java and/or .Net
- experience implementing and/or maintaining identity management, single sign-on, privileged user management, RBAC, password management and access governance across medium to large enterprise environments
- between 3 to 5 years’ hands-on experience with access and identity management principles, methodologies, and processes
- familiarity with federated identity and web services’ security standards such as SAML, SPML, SOAP, WS-Security and WS-Federation.
The following will be to your advantage:
- a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Technology, Information Security, Business, or related field, or any relevant industry certification
- experience in IAM within a Higher Education environment
- ITIL certification and/or formal project management experience.
