Key requirements ((less on design more on the operational aspect overall)
- Solid VMware operational knowledge and management discipline
- Infrastructure optimisation and monitoring
- Capacity planning and storage administration
- Backup operations, Legato Networker, replications, DR etc.
- MS AD 2008, Exchange 2010, SCCM , SCOM, Lync, IIS, ISA/FF, SharePoint etc. (full MS stack)
- Good knowledge of BES, MDM, Mimecast, eVault, SQL
- Datacenter design an operations
- Project implementation skills
- After hours work will be required
- Experience with Dell Hardware
- Emotional maturity to deal with complex problems and hi-pressure environments
- Appropriate certification will be valuable but experience is key
