Ensure that new processes are compliant
Plan and execute deliverables for business strategic requirements, identify and assist areas to assess impacts and potential impacts of projects and use of data
Conduct adhoc audits
Create and verify the necessary compliance reports
Represent company at meetings
Maintain relationships and become involved in Industry requirements
Keep a log of data compliance issues, and ensure that issues are logged and resolved.
Help co-ordinate implementation of new legislation
Develop a reporting template and keep up to date accurate data stats on a monthly basis
Identify and track data trends and report anomalies
Liaise with the necessary internal departments to identify reasons behind the shifts in the data
Qualifications and experience
- IT degree / B Com/ Bsc Statistics or mathematics preferable
- 3-4 years data analysis and MIS experience
- Excel advanced, Business Objects, Access.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Presentation skills and Written and verbal skills
- Experience and ability to research, analyze and make business decisions
- Resolve problems and identify opportunities
- Knowledge of the National Credit Act, PPI, Companies Act etc
