You will be responsible for assisting the IT Manager with user/desktop support (120+users) on the company’s internal systems.
Requirements:
- Matric & IT related Diploma
- A+ and N+ Certification preferable
Desktop Support experience including - Microsoft (Windows 7, XP), Exchange Server, SQL Server back-ups, Firewalls, ISA (internet security, accelerations server), Troubleshooting hardware problems, User support for Sharepoint and Active Directory experience
Own vehicle and valid drivers license
