Qualifications & Experience required:
- Matric
- A+,N+
- MCP
- CCNA/CCNP and MCSE advantageous
- Minimum 3-5 years work exp within an IT environment which includes Server and Network Support
Key Outputs:
- Installations & Maintenance of machines
- Logging/maintaining/updating of calls logges
- Network support of LAN switched and Routers (CISCO)
- User support
- Server support & trouble shooting of Network (LAN & WAN)
