My client is a leader in IT backup solutions. To keep up with the company’s growing needs they are looking to take on 2 more sales people. I am looking for a hunter profile and somebody with a successful track record of bringing new clients on board.

I am looking for people with the following:

• Young dynamic sales individual
• Good sales track record – absolute must
• Some experience in software sales
• Understanding of the IT industry
• IT technical knowledge, A+, MCSE, any other IT type experience would be preferred
• Understanding of IT terminology – basic requirement
• Must understand the sales process
• Enthusiastic, self starter and motivated
• Must be computer literate
• Good time management skills
• Presentation skills - basic requirement
• Good communicator, no accent, must express himself easily/eloquently
• Experience in bringing in new business – hunter type individual
• Must have own car, drivers license, no criminal record or ITC judgements
• Able to cope with a sales cycle of between 2 month and 2 years, but the commission is recurring!
• Must be driven by commission
