Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Responsible for the design, construction, configuration and commissioning of central processing facilities and servers for energy monitoring systems
• Establish operating systems and databases on data collection servers
• Configure communication between field devices and services
• Configure metering and other field devices according to an engineering specification
• Design, install, configure and commission load data acquisition and display software
• Design, install, configure and commission power SCADA software
• Design, install, configure and commission real-time client/server and web-based software modules
• Compile functional specifications for the IT components of energy management systems
• Provide first-line and functionality training on proprietary software to clients and end-users

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should ideally possess a relevant Engineering and / or Computer/IT Science Degree/Diploma with at least one year IT support experience. Any experience and knowledge in SQL databases and measurement systems integration would be an advantage.
