Our client has developed exciting and state of the art performance software and is ready to start rolling the software out to an existing client base.

Therefore they require someone with excellent and proven IT skills to join the company (based in Glencairn).

Over and above solid IT skills, this role requires someone with outstanding business acumen and commercial savvy, as well as client facing skills.

You will be required to consult with clients, draw up specifications based on client requirements, and work closely with a software development team in order to customise software to client needs.

You will be responsible for installing and configuring the software. You will also be responsible for providing online training (many of these clients are based overseas) and be responsible for ongoing support of the software. 

Based on this performance software, you will be responsible for making recommendations to clients to increase their performance and ROI.

This role is an urgent role and candidates who can commence work immediately are preferred.

As you will be the first person to be employed in this role, this is an extremely pivotal role for someone who can eventually manage the entire company.
