Skills Developement Specialist/Course Developer
We are looking for a person who will be responsible for:
- Learning Programme Review & Design
- Course Preparation & Administration
- Learner Guidance & Support
- Dealing with course enquiries and course sales, where and when required.
- Conducting assessments
- Facilitation & Training
- Quality Assurance
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients and potential clients of CSTI.
- Traveling to clients, where and when required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following abilities and skills:
- Qualified assessor (Advantageous, not essential)
- Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Exposure to the financial/credit industry
- Experienced Trainer/Facilitator
- Exposure to and understanding of the outcomes based education and training environment, the relevant legislation and the credit industry would be an advantage
- Computer Literate (word, excel, outlook express)
- Sales ability
- Reliable transport as the position entails traveling to see clients
- Position available immediately
