Ensure adherence to the agreed business analysis process

Ensure effective knowledge transfer

Active participant in the prototyping and refinement of requirements

Test plans, compile test scenarios and perform tests

Product and system configuration and testing

Experience and Qualification

• BCom / BSc degree or equivalent
• 5 years business analyst experience
• Experience in insurance / financial products
• Understanding of relational databases
• CFP/COP or similar preferred
• Capable of learning new systems quickly
• Experience in system interfaces
• Understanding of product usability and interface design
