Matric, Tertiary qualification relevant to
Strong sharetrading background and understanding is essential

At least 2 to 3 years experience in Product Management, 3 to 4 years experience in a marketing/sales technology based environment.
Proven experience with presentations to senior management and external stakeholders
Have the ability to answer these questions:
- Previous experience in product implementationHow does CFD’s work?
- What is a ratio and how do you calculate it?
- What is the difference between VWAP and TWAP?
- What is blackbox trading?
 Product manager’s duties will include:
• Manage the entire lifecycle of each product from inception to termination
• Manage the development and rollout of new products, and/ or the extension, redevelopment or termination of existing products according to the product roadmap
• Manage user acceptance and testing of new, extended or redeveloped products
• Compile the annual budget and quarterly forecasts by projecting monthly sales drivers, revenue and expenses for each product
• Apply appropriate strategies (participation, negotiation, conflict resolution and collaboration) to achieve this on both an operational and strategic level
• Track and report on monthly product performance, especially the achievement of sales targets and revenue
• Manage product performance to achieve budgeted targets
