The Incumbent will be responsible for:

• Develop the project business case, scope of work and project plan, including budget and risk analysis matrix;
• Ensure project delivery according to the contracted scope, plan and budget, by the prompt resolution of issues, strict project change control, accurate and realistic planning and managing of all resources and the provision of a quality solution to the satisfaction of the client;
   

The applicant should meet these requirements:

• A B-degree in Technology (i.e. Computer Science, Informatics) or relevant diploma or significant relevant experience;
• Certified scrum master with at least 3 years experience of scrum/Agile;
• 4 - 6 years hands-on PM experience, in managing medium to large-sized and strategic projects and leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams;
• Sound IT, business systems architecture and SDLC knowledge, experience and skill;
• Understand the scrum framework, roles and artefacts;
• Will have successfully completed at least 5 major projects or programmes;
• Scrum experience will be an advantage;
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently;
• Knowledge of the Financial Services sector will be considered advantageous but not a prerequisite.
