Prestigious international company seeks an experienced SAP Training and Support Specialist with min 1-3 years’ exp as a “SAP Super User.” The successful candidate will be required to train and support end users, and develop/maintain training material and courses. He/she will also be responsible for the following;
•System support for calls logged in line with procedures and Service Level Agreements
•Identify and report recurring system problems
•Monitor effective system usage through regular system status checks
•Assess training needs in liaison with business units
Please note that the position does require travel and a valid drivers licence will be required.
