Your main responsibilities are:

Establish & maintain a constant flow of information within the company.
Loading the database with master data - suppliers, products, rates, policies and allocations.
Ensuring that the Allocations in TP / Kobra are being administered and maintained.
Collating the information required to load the system with country content for SA & other areas such as Namibia, Madagascar etc.


Your Qualifications:

Good creative writing skills (description of hotels, tours etc.)
Excellent attention to detail
Should already have good contacts in the industry
Min of 8 years tourism experience
Excellent communications skills
Will handle system maintenance and therefore require good technical skills
Excellent product knowledge of SA
