Our large blue chip client is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist Consultant. You will be responsible for implementing operational improvement projects. Delivering improved delivery, cost optimisation and quality, through the implementation of streamlined processes and effective management controls.

Capture, critique, analysis, re-design and implementation of processes

Change management

Assist with the formulation and execution of strategic projects by providing the necessary operational expertise and best practice

Design, explanation and implementation of the Management Controls (MOS)

Improve operational effectiveness

Coaching of frontline management to improve performance, implement tools, and manage change within their teams

Effective application of project management tools, including planning, execution (assign, follow-up) and evaluation of progress, ensuring optimal use of project resources, to assist in delivering projects on time, on specification and within budget

Managing the relationships with the client, Problem solving, Analysis and change management

Capture (workshops, observations, interviews)

Analysis (Visio, Excel - Quantitative and Qualitative)

Presentation (PowerPoint, Brown Papers, Graphs)       

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor degree
• Honours degree an advantage
• Six Sigma / Lean
• Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Brown Papers, Graphs
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Large process projects experience
• Project management experience
• Change management experience
• Experience in Finance / Insurance an advantage
• Lean experience/exposure an added advantage
• Management consulting experience an added advantage
