The incumbent with be responsible to mobilise and enable Process Owners, Process Managers and Unit Process Managers to plan, drive, localise, simplify, implement and optimise business processes, based on International Process Framework. This is to ensure the international harmonization, standardization and continual improvement of business processes in line with good governance and customer requirements.
Education and experience required:

Industrial Engineering / B Degree / Relevant tertiary qualification related to:

- Information Technology

Key areas of responsibility
- Provide leadership to Process Owners & Managers, as well as the organisation as a whole in respect of process governance and ensure creation of a baseline for Continuous Process Standardisation and improvement
- Mobilise Process Owners, Process Managers and Unit Process Managers and plan, drive and execute on all process roll-outs and process improvements through:
- continuous alignment with Corporate International PQIT organisation
- role understanding and buy-in of Process managers
- enablement of Process managers through active participation / workshops
- localisation, contextualising and simplification of process content information
- driving roll-out of processes and resolution of process issues
- Coordinate and drive process workshops with different teams (functional and cross-functional) to ensure localisation of International processes, and mapping of process steps and work instructions
- Together with Quality department, establish and maintain a Process & Quality Forum to ensure continuous collaboration with Process Managers in respect of processes
- Create and maintain a user-friendly business process management environment (Process portal)
- Manage team of process consultants to enable Process Managers with localisation, mapping and documenting of processes
- Provide monthly progress reports to Head of PQIT
- To oversee and manage personal development, performance management and succession planning of team members to ensure optimal and efficient utilisation of people resources, talent management and retention of key resources
