A+/N+ Certificate or similar qualification required as well as 6 months experience within webhosting/ISP environment. Understanding of Helm/Plesk (user of admin level access) required. Duties include email troubleshooting, doing diagnostic checks, email skills, experience in DNA, domain queries, logging credit notes. Ability to work shift work required.
