Requirements
- Relevant IT Degree/Diploma
- 3 years SAP SPP Administrator experience and technical experience
- Trainer/instructor Certification
- A minimum of 3 years technical and instructional writing experience
- SAP Qualification
Knowledge
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC 6 and an understanding of the FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PS/IM and HCM modules
- Strong background of collaboration with SME’s to develop training courses and training material
- Experience in managing training projects
- Development of training material
- Strong knowledge of the SPP toolset and its various component
Responsibilities
- Determine immediate and long term training needs for SAP, GCOS, NAVIS and e-Business applications.
- Perform detailed business process analyses to determine technical and training needs and provide level of effort estimates.
- Work with subject matter experts, developers, and trainers to develop training material in accordance with documentation standards based on instructional design documents, work instructions and system functional requirements.
- Create document templates and standards for each of the application environments to be adopted in the creation of training material.
- Document a process methodology for the development of training material.
- Prepare training material according to acceptable standards of the SPP tool used at TPT.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and specific SME’s to ensure the training content is complete and accurate.
- Manage the Administration of SPP on behalf of IT throughout the TPT departments.
- Manage the process of RWD Software loading onto the Author’s workstations viaTPT ‘s authorization procedure.
- Monitor SPP Projects process and address issues pro-actively.
- Conduct train-the-trainer training sessions.
- Train various sets of application resources to use SPP to record training material.
- Assist end users to effectively make use of the training material
- Ensure that training material is up to date in line with changes to the application systems
