JUNIOR GRAPHIC / PRINT DESIGNER

LOCATION: Cape Town, South Africa
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will have graphic /print design experience. S/he will produce design work for all adverts, presentations and marketing tools for our 7 brands worldwide. Applicants will need creativity, initiative, communication and problem solving skills with flair for advertising and together with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
The Applicant we also be required to do photo shoots and have good photo experience and skills
REQUIREMENTS: (Proficient in the use of)
- Photoshop CS3 /Adobe Illustrator CS3 /In design CS3
- Web design skills an advantage Fireworks CS3 / Flash CS3 / Dreamweaver CS3
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
§ Experience in dealing with marketing activities.
§ A portfolio that shows practical, real world design skills suited to a corporate market
§ Able to work within the existing corporate image guidelines
§ Able to manage a project from start to end set priorities.
§ Able to work on short deadline and under pressure.
§ An ability to work in a team with good communication skills
§ Prepared to work long hours when necessary
