We are looking for a Senior Java developer Capable of managing small development team (4-8 developers).

• Position is 33% Management/Planning, 33% Architecture and 33% Development (this is key as most “Team Leaders” assume 0% development).
• Minimum 5yrs solid Java Development Experience (in mid-large companies).
• Minimum 2yrs Team Leader/Architect Experience.
• Critical – Java EE/SE
• Advantageous – Databases used within Java - Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL
• Optional – Microsoft C#, VB
• Knowledge of Linux (RHL) and Apache
