Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing primary support to the Recruitment consultants, and to assist them in meeting tight dealines in terms preparation of CVs, setting up of interviews, facilitatinng appointments and supporitng the recruitment process in general.
Education and experience required:
- Matric
- Post Matric qualification is advantagious
- 2-4 Years recruitment administration experience is essential
- Solid experience in working in pressurised environment
- Solid eperience in multi-tasking
- Experience and exposure within a recuitment agency/ ICT environment is adventagious

Key areas of responsibility
- Advertise vacant positions internally and externally, where required
- Liaise with external providers regarding recruitment needs and ensure that they are regularly updated on the status of the recruitment process
- Search for and screen/match candidates for resource requirements
- Ensure relevant CV’s are provided timeously to Recruitment Consultants and relevant managers
- Organize and conduct (if required) interviews according to client requirements and job specifications
- Book interviews for candidates with Resource Managment team and/or clients
- Conduct reference checks
- Coordinate Credit/Criminal/Qualification/ID checks, where required
- Regret unsuccessful candidates and ensure record keeping thereof
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team
- Manage and maintain relevant recruitment documents throughout the recruitment process
