We require your IT skills to help take care of a large number of desktop users (Windows XP/7, Windows Server, etc).

You must be experienced in supporting and diagnosing issues not only on desktops, but also printers, networking (hardware as well as software),

VOIP experience a plus,

Web and outlook / excel / word applications, etc.
