Somerset West - A Digital Media Company requires an experienced 1stLevel Support Technician.
Duties:
- Taking calls from general store staff at all retail outlets with their in-store digital screens used for advertising
- Trouble shooting, analysing and solving problems step by step with clients telephonically
- Sorting out the screens that will be idle in normal trading hours
- Tech-checking & service request creation for all venues
- Looking at the blanking screen report & technically attending to them online
- Attending and sorting out of the duplicate online screens
- Responding to email requests
- Solving any technical incidentals
- Opening & closing call logs
- Assist trained Technicians who are receiving high volume of calls
- Providing telephonic correspondence to the maintenance reps
- Any other duties as requested
Essential Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant qualification
- Essential to have high level of client service & helpdesk experience
- A good telephone manner to solve IT queries systematically
Salary:
R8000 CTC
