Manage the day to day operations of the specific business units ensuring proper management of maintenance calls, including escalations where appropriate, as well as scheduling and planning of installations and projects. Managing and motivating the technical team and ensuring that the technical team is appropriately staffed and skilled to meet the business requirements.

Requirements: Education, Training and Experience
|
o Thorough technical understanding of Contact Centres, Voice Solutions, Avaya and Nice Solutions and IP Telephony.
o Proven ability to manage a technical team.
o Proven track record of SLA management in the ICT Infrastructure environment (3-5 years)
o Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written) with the ability to present at all levels
o Sound knowledge of best practices – ITIL and CobiT important
