Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years testing experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent (Major in Information Systems)
• Agile methodology experience
• Experience in financial services industry
• Experience in asset management
• ISEB certification or similar qualification or training
• Individual must have basic software testing training / knowledge
• SQL scripting knowledge in order to examine data content

Key Performance Areas

• Writing and executing manual test case, including system, integration and regression test cases.
• Writing and executing manual test cases for all production defect fixes
• Provide estimates for test effort required for sprint work / user stories
• Extract test requirements from user stories
• Write and execute manual test cases
• Write and execute manual regression test cases
• Maintain regression test suits
• Log, prioritize and resolve defects using defect tracking tool
• Communicate defects to rest of team
• Write and execute manual test cases for production defect fixes
• Execute regression test cases for production defect fixes
• Define root cause and preventative actions for production defects
• Provide test progress transparency to rest of team
• Participate in scrum team sessions, including daily stand-ups
• Pro-actively drive continuous improvement in scrum team
• Quality champion in the scrum team
• Implement QA and testing processes, methodologies and standards
