Design and implement Extract, Transformation and Load (ETL) processes, programs and scripts.

Ensure high quality ETL development work via standards, guidelines, quality assurance reviews and testing.

Responsible for ETL processes and tools

Database loading and manipulation to ensure that the data needs are met

Provide required data

Develop orchestrations and administer Microsoft BizTalk 2010

Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production problems and data issues.

ETL domain leadership and capability development

Validate the data in the database and also responsible for testing the routines developed. Provide ongoing maintenance and support of assigned ETL applications

Integrate and attend to front-line ad-hoc queries relating to Microsoft Great Plains 10

Experience and Qualification

• Graduate degree
• 3 - 5  years experience in entire BI SDLC
• Commercial awareness
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/R2 suite of tools (DBMS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
• Exposure to financial systems and basic knowledge of accounting
• Advanced knowledge of the ETL methodologies and technology
• Exposure to a programming language in order to conduct code transformations
• Exposure to a database and experience with database objects.
• ETL design techniques such as change data capture, key generation and optimization
• Significant experience with data quality, data profiling, metadata management and master data management
• Experience in Microsoft BizTalk (pref 2010) an advantage
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) 10 an advantage
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 DQS and MDS an advantage
