The focus of this position   is the implementation and support of new and existing HansaWorld ERP installations.

5 years plus experience working with ERP / Accountijng packages essential

Responsibilities:

• Resolve general queries with regard to any system changes / upgrades
• Escalate decisions and unresolved issues to analyst or developer
• Delegate responsibility to relevant resources
• To ensure timely and effective communication between the project team, the project stakeholders and the business users
• Process ad hoc requests and maintain good interdepartmental relations
• Understand and apply service level agreements where applicable
• Assist with configuration management and system documentation
• Assist with documentation of training manuals and business processes and user training. 

 Requirements:

• Degree /  Diploma Information Technology or several years experience in a mainframe programming environment
• Project Management skills and knowledge of Project Management process methodology.
• Good background knowledge of IT Systems (networks, desktop operating systems, applications, etc)
• Background in systems design, development, implementation an advantage
• Proven hand on experience of managing projects - experience of managing projects in an IT environment an advantage
• A solid, self-directed individual who can excel both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong problem solving abilities for new system implementation as well as general issues arising from existing systems
• The ability to deliver on multiple projects
• The ability to work under pressure
• Good People Management Skills
• Excellence communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Valid Drivers and must be willing and able to travel.
