Our client is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist Consultant. Responsible for implementing operational improvement projects, primarily focused on delivering improved delivery, cost optimisation and quality, through the implementation of streamlined processes and effective management controls.
Assist with the formulation and execution of strategic projects by providing the necessary operational expertise and best practice
Design, explanation and implementation of the Management Controls (MOS)
Capture, critique, analysis, re-design and implementation of processes
Improve operational effectiveness
Coaching of frontline management to improve performance, implement tools, and manage change within their teams
Effective application of project management tools, including planning, execution (assign, follow-up) and evaluation of progress, ensuring optimal use of project resources, to assist in delivering projects on time, on specification and within budget
Managing the relationships with the client, Problem solving, Analysis and change management
Capture (workshops, observations, interviews)
Analysis (Visio, Excel - Quantitative and Qualitative)
Presentation (PowerPoint, Brown Papers, Graphs)
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor degree minimum.
Six Sigma certification/ experience an added advantage
Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Brown Papers, Graphs
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in Life and Short-Term Insurance an advantage
