Exciting position for a senior Cognos developer, analyst, designer and lead

• Create Effective BI solutions
• Use proven techniques to define, design and deliver a blueprint for the successful implementation of a Business Intelligence solution.
• Take a lead role in the project definition and analysis phases for BI projects
• Full SDLC
• JAD sessions, Writing business requirement specs, data analyst and project planning
• Project definition/scope, business requirements, business process flows, data flows, metadata, conceptual design, technical specifications, test plans, user training and benefits derivation
• 5 to 8 years experience in Data warehouse environment.

Qualifications and requirements:

• IT degree or diploma
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in a Data Warehouse environment
• Development, Analysis and design experience essential
• Cognos expert knowledge
• Lead experience
• Business Intelligence expert
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycles processes in a BI environment
• Experience in large scale BI Projects

Salary negotiable to experience
